Shockwave Treatment Near San Diego

Approximately 5 months before I saw Dr Hifai, I injured the hamstring on my right leg, the same leg I had a total knee replacement on the year before. When physical therapy and a cortisone shot didn’t work, I went back to my pain management Dr and asked him what else he would recommend. He suggested I try shock wave therapy. After speaking with 8 other chiropractors, I spoke with Dr Hifai, who was the only one who took the time to ask me questions, and to explain the procedure with me. Prior to seeing Dr Hifai, walking was painful, especially when walking my dog, mainly because because I had to bend slightly forward and change my gait to lessen the pain in my hamstring and knee, which was also affected. My first session with Dr Hifai, she used shock wave therapy, tens, and cold laser treatments. After that first session I noticed a huge improvement. The following morning when walking my dog, I was able to stand up straight and walk with the shooting pains I had experienced previously. She was also able to alleviate neck pain that I had for quite some time. I highly recommend Dr Hifai to anyone looking for quality, caring, chiropractic treatment.

Amazing office and quality of care. Very pleased with Dr Hifai's professionalism and the time she spent with me. This was my first time being adjusted so I was nervous going in. I was referred to Dr. Hifai by my former Sr. Office Manager Lori Correl & one of the former Computer Professor Maria Reyes, they both told me to go & let her help me with my numerous pains back in 2008. Today, I am going in for another treatment for Sciatica, the last time I went in over a week ago, the pain had stop. I over did myself by walking in heels at Balboa Park & the pain return... I am buying walking shoes... she is excellent

I came to Dr. Hifai with bad back pain due to an s curve in my spine. Doing basic house work was a struggle. She did a great job explaining my situation to me , and set out a few different recommended treatments and after Following her plan I have been pain free for the most part. I’m able to do house work with and day to day things out issues. She is great at targeting my problem areas. I have been to several chiropractors and she has been the best!
